Terpel's main business units are wholesale, retail, aviation gasoline distribution business and lubricant sales. Terpel has positioned itself mostly in countryside market and medium and small cities. Terpel has been able to increase its market share in gasoline distribution since 2003through marketing and opening new gasoline stations. Terpel has also entered the aviation fuel market, servicing airports nationwide including Colombia's largest airport, El Dorado in Bogotá.
