PSI provides services related to the dehydration and compression of natural gas at the Ballena station in Colombia. PSI dehydrates and compresses natural gas in the La Guajira fields for its sole customer, Chevron Texaco. The dehydration contract has been renegotiated with Chevron Texaco until December 31, 2011. The compression contract expires on December 31, 2013. In addition, PSI has also entered into a backup compression contract with Chevron Texaco which expires December 31, 2013.
