Through its operating companies, AEI has been present in Argentina since 1991. We operate or have interests in 26,403 miles of power distribution pipelines, 354 miles of gas transportation pipelines, 482 miles of gas distribution pipelines, and 205 MW of installed power generation capacity. Through our operating companies, we employ approximately 1,100 people and serve approximately 827,000 power distribution customers and 25,000 gas distribution customers across our operations in Argentina.
